AimHigh SA is a free guidance platform for South African learners. It helps you explore careers, work out your APS, find universities, TVET colleges, learnerships and bursaries, practise interviews, build a CV and keep track of your applications.

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AimHigh.

AimHigh is not a university, college, SETA, funder or employer. We do not accept applications, award places or pay out bursaries. Admission requirements, closing dates, fees and funding decisions belong to each institution and funder.

We work hard to keep programme, closing date and bursary information correct, but some future intake dates are expected windows rather than confirmed dates. Always confirm the details on the institution or funder's own website before you rely on them.

AI guidance, interview scores and feedback are practice tools. They are helpful opinions, not a guarantee of any outcome.

You may use AimHigh if you are a learner, a school leaver, or a parent or guardian helping one. You need a working email address and you must give true information about yourself, your marks and your subjects.

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve before you upload documents (like your ID or results) or record interview answers. You can chat, browse careers, calculate your APS and learn skills without that approval.

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at support@applywisehub.app if you think someone else has access to it.

If you create a parent or guardian share link, anyone with that link can see the marks, matches and application progress on your account. Switch the link off when you no longer want it used.

Do not upload documents that are not yours, forge results, harass anyone, try to break into other accounts, scrape the platform, or use AimHigh to send spam or run a business of your own.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules or puts other learners at risk.

Documents you upload for an application are kept for 6 months from the day you upload them, then deleted automatically. You can delete any document yourself at any time.

Interview simulator recordings are never uploaded to us. Your voice stays on your own device. Only the short summary you type, your score and the coach's written feedback are saved to your practice history.

AimHigh is free to start. If we ever add a paid feature, we will say so clearly before you pay anything. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. When we make an important change we will update the date at the top of this page.

We provide AimHigh "as is" and do our best to keep it available and accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a missed closing date, a rejected application, a funding decision, or any loss that follows from relying on guidance you found here. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under South African consumer law.
